Bethel Construction Services LLC is a locally owned and operated construction company, founded by Jermaine County (the GC) and represented publicly by myself, Joshua Alvarez-Brown and Michael R Austin. We are his authorized agent. I direct all residential work and Michael R Austin direct all commercial work. Jermaine County direct all new home building. With decades of collective experience in the industry, we specialize in both residential and commercial construction services.

Joshua Alvarez-Brown is one of the owners of of Bethel Built Construction, a trusted residential remodeling company known for its excellence, integrity, and attention to detail. With years of hands-on experience in construction, Joshua leads a team that specializes in transforming properties into spaces that are both beautiful and functional.

In addition to his work in remodeling, Joshua is a licensed real estate professional with a deep understanding of home investing. His intimate knowledge of the housing market—paired with his renovation expertise—gives his clients a unique advantage, whether they’re upgrading their forever home or maximizing the value of an investment property.
